All the apartments have a beautiful view of the Tuscan countryside, with their own garden on the gound floors. Those situated on the upper floor can enjoy a terrace/balcony in front of the apartment, with a view of the towers, all equipped with table, chairs and sunshade.

The flats are about 80 m² in size and are very spacious and well furnished with antique furniture representing the taste and style of the time.

They are equipped with a kitchen with crockery and linen, living room with comfortable sofas, TV, heating and more. Two apartments have a double room and a single room.

Two apartments have a double room and one apartment has a double room and a twin room with two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). 
In all flats it is possible to add a cot for children up to three years old. The bathrooms are equipped with a washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower and towels. Washing machines are available in the flats: Ruber, Caesius and Viridis. An external washing machine is available for the other apartments.

Each flat is dominated by a colour, thus creating a warm atmosphere in each: the blue of the sky, the green of the countryside, the yellow of the sun and the red and lilac of the sunset.
